Evaluation of Fiscal Year 1984 Army Study Program.
Abstract
Attached is the evaluation of The Army Study Program for Fiscal 1984 which covers all studies and analyses completed during the past fiscal year. The evaluation is part of a process that includes individual study peer reviews, selection of noteworthy studies for publication in Study Highlights, study advisory groups, supervisory reviews, and sponsor reviews. That process is designed to provide feedback to study performers, study sponsors, and Army management responsible for the setting of Army priorities. The objective of that process is to evolve The Army Study Program into a very responsive, high quality, economic program that provides major contributions to the Army. An appendix lists completed studies for 1984, DTIC number, sponsor, performer and impact.
