Fabrication of Digicons for the SHAD Experiment.

Abstract

The purpose of this program is to provide the necessary personnel and facilities required to design, fabricate, test, and deliver the intensified quandrat photomultiplier tubes (Digicons) required to support the SHAD experiment. Deliverables included two (2) breadboard tubes, three (3) space-qualified tubes, reports, and data. All work was accomplished. Two breadboard tubes were fabricated, the design verified through testing and the tubes delivered. Three space-qualified tubes have been fabricated, tested, and delivered.
