Abstract

This study examines the feasibility of developing and implementing (1) an automated information system (EEWS) for providing timely, credible evidence of impending enlistments shortfalls, and (2) a streamlined communication, programming, and budget process (ACPP) for responding to such evidence and reducing delays in the application of resources. This document consisting of volume 4-7 include chapters on: Descriptive Analysis; Monitoring Contracts; Predicting Unemployment; Forecasting Tests; EEWS Conceptual Design; and Feasibility of Developing Computerized Monitoring and Human Assessment Components.
