Chief of Naval Education and Training Automated Manpower Reporting System (CAMPRS).

Abstract

Allocating military and civilian manpower resources within the naval Education and Training Command (NAVEDTRACOM) is one fo the most important problems the Chief of Naval Education and Training (CNET) faces each year. Manpower planning and utilization are complex problems, and the information requirements to efficiently manage the existing manpower resources are increasing. Effective management decisions are based on complex variables and, at times, must be made rapidly. The CNET Automated Manpower Reporting System (CAMPRS) was developed to aid CNET manpower management personnel in this decision-making process. This report presents the CAMPRS and provides a guide to the operation of the system for NAVEDTRACOM personnel.
