Airport and Airway System Costs and User Cost Responsibility. Volume 1. Summary Report.
Abstract
This document summarizes research performed by The MITRE Corporation and Administrative Sciences Corporation for FAA's Office of Aviation Policy on present and future airport and airway costs and user cost responsibility. Cost projections and allocations are provided for the period 1977-1986. The results are intended as inputs to an FAA analysis of airport and airway system financial policy. The summary report presents an overview of the study effort and its findings.
