The Decomposition of Gas Phase Formaldehyde by Plasma Discharge.

Abstract

Formaldehyde decomposition in a silent electrical discharge is shown to occur and it is demonstrated that the basis for the decomposition is not oxidation produced by ozone in the plasma.
