Abstract

This report consists of a collection of the relevant equations which are developed in Volumes I, II, III, and IV ''Variability of Measures of Weapons Effectiveness''. The equations presented are for the estimation of the weapon probability of kill and for the variance of the probability of kill for ground targets which are either sensitive to blast or to fragmentation when delivery error is present and when it is not.
