Preliminary Documentation for the Polar Code.

Abstract

This report documents the physical principles and computational algorithms of the POLAR Code developed thus far. POLAR describes the electrical and flow interactions of a large spacecraft in the polar auroral environment. Keywords include: Spacecraft Charging; Auroral Ionosphere; Computer Code; 3-D; Flow; and Finite Elements.
