Computer Center Policy.

Abstract

This document describes the general policies and procedures governing the use of computer and related resources at the David W. Taylor Naval Ship Research and Development Center (DTNSRDC) general purpose Computer Center. The overall policy is to make automatic scientific computer services available to users to the fullest extent and with the greatest flexibility possible under the existing federal and Navy regulations. Contents include: Computer Center Resources; Authorization for New Users; Training; Conversion(Computer programs); User Guidelines; Security; Accounting; Special Topics; Computer Charges for CDC; and Charges for Non-CDC Systems.
