Abstract

The dam is a gravel and clay fill embankment about 340 feet long with a maximum height of about 11 feet and a top width averaging 80 feet. The dam appears to be in fair condition. The upstream slope and crest are well maintained. It has a classification of small in size and a significant hazard potential. The owner should retain the services of a registered professional engineer for various purposes.
