Abstract

Waldo Lake is an earth dam about 400 ft. long and 17 ft. high. The facility is in fair condition. The spillway capacity is limited and the left dike is essentially unprotected against erosion during any overtopping flow. The size classification is small and the hazard potential is high, the spillway test flood selected is the Probable Maximum Flood.
