Abstract

The dam is a 600 foot long earthfill dam which has a maximum height of 31.1 feet. There are minor deficiencies that must be corrected but generally the dam is in good condition. The dam is intermediate in size and has a high hazard potential. The owner should employ a professional engineer to install an underdrain system and monitor seepage at the downstream toe of the dam.
