Abstract

Bigney Pond Dam is formed by an approximately 180 ft. length of earth embankment confined by vertical atone masonry retaining walls about 11 ft. high. The dam is in good condition. It has a low hazard potential and is small in size. The city of Brockton should implement remedial measures.
