Analysis of USAREUR Family Housing.

Abstract

This report documents the results of an evaluation of family housing in United States Army Europe (USAREUR). The study found that although the family housing situation in USAREUR has not been good in the past, improvements have been made in the last 3 years. USAREUR has developed many good initiatives and is steadily improving its family housing. ESC made 15 specific recommendations to further increase the efficiency and responsiveness of USAREUR family housing operations and to upgrade the image and creditability of the Army family housing planning process.
