Abstract
The earthfill structure is about 3500 ft. long, 31 ft. high, and 18 ft. wide. In addition to the main dam, this project has a dike and drainage ditch surrounding the reservoir. It is intermediate in size with a hazard potential of high. No urgent or emergency actions are required for the dam based on the inspection. (Author).
