Abstract

The overall length of the whole facility is about 440 ft. with a maximum height of about 31 ft. The dam is in fair condition. There were no conditions which would warrant urgent remedial action. The dam is small in size with a hazard potential of significant. The owner of the dam should engage a qualified engineer qualified in the design and construction of dams to investigate the static and seismic stability of the dam. (Author)
