Abstract

The dam is a stone wall dam, gravity type, with a self-loading timber deck spillway. It is 410 ft. long with a height of 17 ft. The dam is assessed to be in poor condition. It is small in size with a hazard potential of significant. Major repairs and rehabilitive construction appear necessary to assure the long-term safety of the dam. (Author)
