Abstract

The dam is about 645 ft. long with a height of about 20 ft. The dam is in fair condition. There were no conditions which would warrant urgent remedial action. The size classification is intermediate with a significant hazard potential. In the event of failure of the dam there would be an extent of downstream development that would be affected. (Author)
