Abstract

The dam consists of a 165 ft. long spillway and a 390 ft. long composite dam. In the event that the dam were to fail, it could cause the possible loss of more than a few lives. The dam is in fair condition. There were no conditions noted which would warrant urgent remedial action. It is small in size with a hazard potential of high.
