Abstract
The dam is a multiple arch buttress concrete structure with earth embankments at each end. The dike is about 900 ft. long and 22 ft. high. The total length of the dam is about 880 ft. Both the dam and dike are assessed to be in fair condition. The size is large and the hazard classification is significant. (Author).
