Abstract
The dam is an earth embankment and concrete spillway structure with three individually controlled stop log spillways and a low level gated outlet. The dam is about 90 ft. long and 16 ft. high. The dam is assessed to be in poor condition. The dam is intermediate in size with a low hazard potential. There are various remedial measures which should be implemented by the owner. (Author)
