Abstract

The dam consists of an earth dam, two dikes, a spillway and outlet structures. The dam is about 210 ft. long and 9.7 ft. high. Dike A, an earth embankment dike is located on the east rim of the pond about 700 ft. north of the dam. Failure of the dam or dike would flood several homes and several roadways with the potential for the loss of more than a few lives. It is small in size with a hazard potential of high. (Author).
