United States Army Welding Research and Development Topical and Coordination Meeting.

Abstract

The United States Army Welding Research and Development Topical and Coordination Meeting, February 5-8, 1985 was held at the Colorado School of Mines to achieve the following objectives: (1) Identify the technical expertise at each of the U.S. Army welding research facilities and to increase communication between facilities. (2) Methods for information exchange will be established (i.e. establish annual Army Welding Research meetings). (3) Possible solutions to specific technical joining and assembly problems will be introduced and discussed. (4) Potential research projects will be identified which have the greatest possibility of being meaningful to the U.S. Army concerns.
