Abstract

The evaluation plan briefly states the purpose and scope of the Force Development test and experiment to include the program history, system descriptions, concept of employment, issues, milestones and points of contact. This assessment is designed to permit evaluation of the operational potential and enhancements of equipping combat vehicles with a variety of systems capable of automatically collecting, processing, distributing and displaying battlefield information.
