National Program for Inspection of Non-Federal Dams. Dolloff Dam NH 00134 State Number 184.02, Piscataqua River Basin, Nottingham, New Hampshire. Phase I Inspection Report.

Abstract

The dam is 27 ft. high and 414 ft. long. It is an earthen embankment contained between vertical dry masonry (stone) wall. The dam is in fair condition. The spillway capacity of the impounding system is inadequate. The downstream berms are sluffing. The test flood would overtop the dam by 3.5 ft. at the lowest point of the crest. (Author)
