National Program for Inspection of Non-Federal Dams. Jewell Brock Dam Site Number 2 (VT 00015), Connecticut River Basin, Ludlow, Vermont. Phase I Inspection Report.

Abstract

The dam is an earth embankment 800 ft. long and 70 ft. high. The dam is judged to be in fair condition due to the questionable durability of the grass on the emergency spillway surface. The dam is intermediate in size with a high hazard potential. There are various remedial measures which should be implemented by the owner. (Author)
