Abstract

The dam is an earth embankment about 100 ft. long and 27 ft. high. The dam is judged to be in fair condition. Reportedly, the low level output pipe is defective and has not been repaired. It is intermediate in size with a high hazard potential. The test flood is equal to the PMF. There are various remedial measures and recommendations which should be implemented by the owner.
