The 'Total Force' Comptroller.

Abstract

The Air Reserve Forces are the initial and primary source of augmentation of the active forces during war or an emergency. However, the roles and missions of ARF comptroller personnel have not yet been defined. Actions to determine the most effective use of ARF comptroller personnel following a mobilization are underway with development of a comptroller wartime concept of operations. ARF comptroller personnel represent a vital, motivated resource. Active duty comptroller activities must make effective use of the ARF.
