Abstract

The dam is a concrete gravity dam and earthen embankment 125 ft. long and 16 ft. high. The dam is in fair condition. It is small in size with a significant hazard classification. A breach in the dam could cause potential for loss of 1-2 lives and appreciable property damage. There are various major concerns which must be corrected to assure the continued performance of the dam. (Author)
