Abstract

The dam has a hydraulic height of 28 ft. and is 325 ft. long. It is an earthfill embankment with a vertical 4 ft. square concrete drop inlet spillway which discharges reinforced concrete pipe outlet. The dam is in very poor condition. There are various major concerns which must be corrected. The dam is small in size with a significant hazard potential. (Author)
