Elements of a BMD C3 (Command, Control and Communications) V & H Program,

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to organize and discuss the many issues which must be addressed in formulating a V & H program for a BMD C(3) System. This effort is intended as an aid for the SENTRY Program Office (1) to keep the C(3) V & H efforts focused on the major issues and (2) to indicate how C3 design issues and programmatic issues can affect the C(3) V & H efforts and vice versa.
