Abstract

The dam is a 200 ft. long, 18 ft. high earth and masonry structure. The visual inspection of the dam revealed some minor problems. The general condition of the dam is considered fair. The dam is intermediate in size with a high hazard potential. There are a few recommendations which must be undertaken by the owner. (Author).
