Abstract

The dam was constructed of rock filled timber crib and an earth dike. The maximum height of the dam is 20 ft. The dam is considered to be in fair condition. Continuance of this classification depends on proper operations and maintenance of the dam. It is large in size with a high hazard potential. There are various remedial measures which should be implemented by the owner.
