Abstract
The dam is a concrete gravity structure. The dam is in fair condition, based on a visual examination of the structure. It is intermediate in size with a hazard potential of significant. The dam is in fair condition. There were some deficiencies noted. There was no evidence of settlement, lateral movement or other signs of structural failure, or other conditions which would warrant remedial attention. (Author)
