Abstract

The dam is 223 ft. long and about 14 ft. high. The dam is intermediate in size with a hazard potential of significant. The dam is in good condition at the present time. Only a few relatively minor operating and maintenance improvements are necessary. The owner should implement a formal, written flood and emergency warning system. (Author)
