Abstract

The dam is a run of the river dam with a concrete spillway and earth embankments with concrete core wall at the abutments. The overall length of the dam is 282 ft. and it has a maximum height of 29 ft. It is small in size with a low hazard potential classification. The dam was judged to be in fair condition. The owner should implement a program of annual periodic technical inspection and maintenance. (Author).
