Abstract

The dam is a stone masonry dam capped with a concrete slab over the upstream face. The dam is considered to be in good condition. It is intermediate in size with a high hazard potential classification. The extent of damage that might occur at the dam and in downstream areas in the event of overtopping should be assessed. There are various operating and maintenance measures which should be implemented by the owner. (Author)
