Abstract

The dam is a concrete stop log spillway structure located between earthen abutments. It is 45 ft. long with a maximum height of 15.5 ft. There are no gates or other operating facilities incorporated into this dam. It is considered to be in fair condition. The dam is intermediate in size with a significant hazard potential. The test flood ranges from 1/2 PMF to the PMF. There are various remedial measures which should be implemented by the owner. (Author)
