Abstract

The dam is an earth embankment structure with a continuous impervious earth core and cutoff trench. It is 960 ft. long with a maximum height of 32.5 ft. It is small in size with a low hazard potential. The dam is in fair condition. Seepage was observed in five specific locations along the downstream toe of the dam. (Author)
