Abstract

The dam is a 200 ft. long 17 ft. high earth embankment dam. The visual inspection of the dam revealed no immediate safety problems. The general condition of the dam is fair. The spillway will not pass the required test flood. There are various remedial measures which must be implemented by the owner. (Author).
