National Program for Inspection of Non-Federal Dams. Baxter Lake Easterly Dike (NH 00391), State Number 204.09, Piscataqua River Basin, Rochester, New Hampshire. Phase I Inspection Report.

Abstract

The dam is about 8 ft. high and is 340 ft. long. It is an earthen embankment containing an 18 inch cutoff wall with rather steep faces. The dike is in poor condition with major concerns which need attention. The dike has no outlet. The test flood would overtop the dike by 2.1 ft. (Author)
