Abstract

The dam is an 83 ft. long earth-filled masonry crib with a maximum height of about 11 ft. It is intermediate in size with a significant hazard potential. The test flood is between the 1/2 PMF and full PMF. The dam is in fair condition, at the present time and requires some routine maintenance. Based on the dams fair condition, periodic technical inspections should be scheduled every two years. (Author).
