Abstract

This report presents activities and accomplishments of the Southwestern Division (SWD) of the Reservoir Control Center, Army Corps of Engineers related to reservoir regulation and water management through FY 1980. The SWD RCC was established in 1967 by the Chief of Engineers to improve capabilities of the Corps of Engineers, SWD to perform its civil works mission as related to operation of reservoirs.
