Abstract

The dam is 17 ft. high and 433 ft. long. It is an earth embankment placed between vertical dry masonry walls. The dam is in poor condition with a few major concerns. A major breach at maximum pool would probably result in the loss of less than 10 lives and appreciable property. (Author)
