The dam is a dry masonry structure with an earthen embankment on the upstream side of the wall. It is about 230 ft. long with a maximum height of 12 ft. The dam is in fair condition. It is small in size with a significant hazard potential. The test flood for the dam is 1/4 the PMF. Several areas of seepage at the base of the downstream slope of the dam were noted.
