Abstract

The dam is an earth embankment with a concrete core wall. The dam is about 612 ft. long and 35 ft. high. The dam is small in size with a significant hazard potential. Overtopping could result in the failure of this earth embankment. The dam is judged to be in good condition, but several deficiencies need attention. There are various remedial measures which need to be undertaken by the owner. (Author)
