Abstract

The dam is an earth embankment dam with stone walls on both the upstream and downstream side. The dam is about 355 ft. long with a maximum height of 10 ft. The dam is judged to be in poor condition. There are several items of concern which require attention. The dam is small in size with a significant hazard potential. The test flood for the dam is 1/2 the PMF. There are various recommendations which should be undertaken by the owner.
