Abstract

The dam is a stone wall earth embankment about 400 ft. long with a maximum height of 14 ft. The dam is considered to be in poor condition. To assure the long term performance of the dam, several items of concern require further attention. The dam is small in size with a high hazard potential. The test flood is 1/2 the PMF. There are various remedial measure which should be undertaken by the owner.
