Interdivisional Work Agreements

Abstract

First, the procedures established by the Air Force should be exported to the other services for use in developing their own IDWA policies and regulations concerning IDWA. Second, an index listing all policies and regulations concerning IDWA should be developed to assist contract administrators in monitoring IDWA. Third, the FAR should be amended to address IDWA directly and the different provisions of ASPR and DAR that are used as governing regulations in IDWA should be incorporated in the FAR with FAR paragraph numbers for easy reference.
