National Program for Inspection of Non-Federal Dams. Natick Pond Dam (RI 03801) Pawtuxet River Basin, Warwick, Rhode Island. Phase I Inspection Report.

Abstract

The dam is a composite masonry and earth dam. The entire length of the dam is about 263 ft. The dam is judged to be in generally fair condition owing to the absence of dewatering facilities and inadequate spillway capacity. Young trees are growing in the pier area on the left abutment. It is small in size with a high hazard potential. There are various remedial measures which require attention by the owner. (Author)
